New Monotone Series

A lot has happened since I last made an entry, way back in June. Although I loved my studio in West London, it was proving a little impracticle to get in and really knuckle down to some work whilst balancing my son's childcare. We have made a beautiful studio in our attic room that I am very proud of and means that I an get on with far more work than I was producing before.

I have been busy with a new Monotone series for my gallery, Rebecca Hossack.

I also have some fabulous good news.... I'm expecting another baby......due in April....all is well xxx

We all had a great day. It was brilliant to get valuable feedback on my most recent work. The palette is limited but the technique has been a bit more freed up. My son, Conrad was there at the start then went with his dad to visit his Grandad in Stratford upon Avon overnight. The first footloose and fancy free night I get to myself and I'm tucked up in bed at 9.45 with a blinding headache. Not very rock n roll. My dog, Minnie Mouse won Best in Show at the Great Western Studios (well, let's face it, she is very cute). By the end of the weekend, we hung out in the garden courtyard, drank mint juleps, red wine and ate cherries and felt very proud of our new building.

Been somewhat preoccupied

I haven't updated anything recently as I'm collecting material for a new series that I am about to start. Also I have a very sweet little baby who just wants to play all the time.... and quite right too!
